About Sussanna

Some people find their calling. I found mine in flowers, at a table, and in the quiet art of making a space feel like home.

I'm Sussanna Davidson — artist, floral designer, and founder of French Buckets, which I built from scratch in 2001 and grew into one of Southern California's most recognized floral studios over 26 years. I hold a BA in Fine Art with a concentration in painting, and that foundation lives in everything I create — from the way I build a floral arrangement to the way I see a table. Along the way my work was published in Architectural Digest and Martha Stewart Weddings, featured on the cover of Ceremony Magazine four times, and commissioned by brands including Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Nike, and Anthropologie.

But what I'm most proud of has nothing to do with those names. It's the dinner tables I've set, the flowers I've arranged for people on the most important days of their lives, and the students I've watched discover that beauty is something they're capable of too.

Bill & Evelyn is my next chapter — named for my grandparents and rooted in everything I believe about how we should live. Slowly. Intentionally. Surrounded by things that are beautiful and real.

Here you'll find floral and table styling classes, vintage picnic sets, curated homewares, clothing, and eventually retreats on our property in the pines of Williams, Arizona.

Whatever brings you here — welcome. I hope something makes you want to stay.
