At Bill & Evelyn we take great care in curating and handcrafting each basket and product with intention and love. Because many of our pieces are vintage, one of a kind, or made to order we have the following policy:
Picnic Baskets All picnic baskets are handcrafted to order and are final sale. If your basket arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with photos and we will make it right.
Digital Products All digital products including tutorials and courses are final sale due to the nature of downloadable content.
Vintage Items — Books, Homewares, Art Vintage items are final sale. All condition details are described accurately in each listing. Please read descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Clothing Clothing items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unworn original condition with tags attached.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us within 48 hours at Hello@BillandEvelyn.com and we will resolve it promptly.
